I have a bit of a bad history with online orders at Harvey Nichols, so when I placed my order I wasn’t actually expecting my order to be fulfilled, how bad is that! However Harvey Nichols finally delivered and came good for me. I managed to bag myself three pieces for just over £100 which is less than one single item if purchased full price, amazing sale bargains!

I already have a Rails shirt which is a big wardrobe favourite but they are on the pricey side, so at £35 instead of the usual £135 it had to be done.  The darker coloured check is perfect for autumn and this shirt will be coming on holiday at the end of the month as shirts are the perfect beach cover-up or for layering when the sun goes down.

Next up was a skirt buy my new brand discovery Pam & Gela reduced to £27. When the weather was hot my wardrobe was lacking a simple tube skirt but this striped one works so well with a plain tee and oversized blazer for work.

Finally I make a little risqué fashion purchase and finally took the dungaree plunge. These black Sienna dungarees by Paige were reduced from £325 to £50 and as I hadn’t found a pair I liked on the High St for £50 I took the risk and boy I’m glad I did, I love them.

They work so well with the Rails shirt or with a crisp white shirt for work or dressed totally down with Cons, a tee or a sweater. These will also work in winter with my new Hudson boots.

Sadly I was too slow to bag the Isabel Marant sneakers I had my eye on but thats a good thing as my credit card is currently smoking – eek!

Were you lucky with the Harvey Nichols sale?
